People started calling ME the Real Estate Whisperer because of it, and that's how it caught on. OVER TWENTY ONE YEARS as a licensed real estate agent, and today... TODAY.. I finally had to know that there are 43560 sf in an acre.

Why I needed to use this knowledge, I have no idea. You'd think the computer program could know it and do the calculation itself, but it's fine.... after all.
