Veterans Supporting Veterans 🇺🇸
One of the things most people miss about real estate is that sometimes it’s about so much more than contracts, deadlines, and negotiations.
Our teammate, Mark , recently helped his buyers, D. and his bride, secure their new home. It wasn’t an easy win. There was already another offer on the table with a deadline when Mark submitted theirs.
Together, they put forward a strong offer, above asking price and with fewer contingencies, to show the sellers they were serious.
But what ultimately made this story special was the connection that followed.
D. served our country on active duty for 40+ years. As the sellers learned more about him and his family’s story, they were genuinely excited about the possibility of their family becoming the next owners of their home.
The sellers weren’t just choosing an offer. They were choosing the people who would create the next chapter of memories there.
In a world that can sometimes feel divided, it’s pretty special to see veterans supporting veterans and honoring a lifetime of service in such a meaningful way.
