Any government contractors or military families can relate to this. You know you have to move for the job, but you haven’t been told exactly when yet. So, you plan accordingly, reach out to your realtor, strategize based on “current market trends” only to sit and wait for months … 😅

Now, we are selling your house in a different season. If we discussed selling your home back in March or April, that’s the Spring market, naturally healthy in our area. But, if your move date has been pushed back to summer months - well, my friends that’s a different market all together.

Some closings mean more than a “SOLD” sign. They represent years of friendship, trust, and life unfolding. ❤️

Our friendship began years ago on the soccer field. Our kids played together, he coached my son, and we became fast friends. When their family needed more space during COVID, they trusted me to help them find and purchase this home the one pictured here.

Now, life has exciting new plans for their future, and they trusted me once again to help them sell it. This marks the third time they have chosen me as their Realtor®, and I can’t think of a greater compliment.

I’m incredibly grateful for their friendship, their continued trust, and the opportunity to be part of another chapter in their story. They are truly some of the kindest people, and I wish them nothing but happiness and success in everything ahead.

This is so much more than real estate. It’s relationships, milestones, and being there when life moves people forward. 🏡

Some alarming and troubling conversations I’ve been hearing about our industry, lately.

The numbers are staggering and the best way to combat this and represent our clients is to continue to educate ourselves, attend the trainings and have more conversations.

Have you been beaten up like a punching bag?

Call me! Let’s meet for coffee or just talk, sometimes we just need to get it out. Sometimes ya just need a hug 🤗

If you’re a newer agent please continue too..
Take the trainings.
Spend some time with your Broker’s.
Hire a coach.
Role play with your colleagues.

We are better together and we got this 💪

It’s been 11 years. .

My husband and I have owned our home for 11 years and it is everything I had hoped for and more. 🥹❤️

Up until 2015, The longest I had ever lived in 1 house was maybe 4 or 5 years, but my parents were renters and so was I as a young adult-a renter/tenant. I/we always had a landlord. It hits differently.

So, every year, this month, I reflect and feel so grateful and proud of what my husband and I have built not only for our son, but for us too.

Yesterday, I was out with a young 1st-time homebuyer (early 20’s) and his mom and I applauded them both for this journey they are experiencing. It is both, great parenting and a great opportunity for this young man - he doesn’t even realize the doors it will open for him down the road.

So, happy home-versary to my hubby and I 🎉 Here’s to at least about 5-10 years … or more!
