Happy Monday!!! 1st closing of the year! This was a very special deal to be apart of, my clients were able to get exactly what they wanted, where they wanted, and at the price they wanted. I also got to be apart of helping a good friend Cryssy Criss start her new journey in life, and of course I got to work with Andre Jones once again... he is one of the best and it is always a pleasure to work with him and be a part of anything he touches because it always turns to Gold! Some buyers think waiting for a market correction could save them money, but in all actuality, even IF we see lower prices, homes could still end up costing more given the rate increases expected in the coming months. Take a look at the difference between buying now with a lower interest rate and waiting for a hypothetical market correction to buy a less expensive home with a higher interest rate.
