Interestingly enough, this bridge was deemed “structurally deficient” 13 years ago 😳 If you’re interested in learning more, I’ve left the project page link in the comments 🔗✨

Something to consider. 🏡🌊

Erosion fights are raging on coastlines nationwide as sea-level rise and intense storms devour beaches and prime real estate.

Few have been as entrenched as the one on Nantucket, an island better known for gray-shingle cottages, boat shoes and billionaires.

In January, someone apparently slashed a 947-foot-long structure of sand-filled tubes, designed to slow erosion of scenic Sconset Bluff.

The damage to the project—on which homeowners spent about $18 million, and could cost another $2 million to repair—has inflamed a battle between people trying to save expensive summer homes teetering on the bluff’s edge and year-rounders who say nature should take its course.

I work with a lot of first—time homebuyers, so it’s understandable to not know all of the ins and outs of the home buying process, or even what to expect when seeking representation.

One I the questions I get asked is if I only work with a certain price point.

The answer plainly, is no.

While I am a luxury REALTORÂŽ, this refers to the way I serve my clients and the way in which I choose to run my business.

I feel if luxury only applies to certain price points, it isn’t luxury. It’s ego.

And no amount of cinnamon Altoids can mask commission breath.

It leaves you feeling… gross.

I love feeling good. And making others feel good.
This means leading my businesses with integrity and intentionality as the heart of my service.

I believe that true luxury is service without hierarchy.

It’s discernment. Excellence.
It’s care that doesn’t fluctuate based on numbers.
It’s prompt, open, honest communication.
It’s armoring clients with relevant facts. Education.

Curated, customized support.
Awareness that not one—size—fits—all.
Every client. Every time.

It’s anticipating needs before they’re needed, overdelivering, and adding value to every detail.

When I represent you as my buyer, you are well—informed of the specific market you’re looking in.
You have current, real data to lean on, and you’ll be more educated on the buying process as a whole.

And that doesn’t change with your budget.

This is how I run my business.

If you’re looking to purchase a home, and looking for representation that values you, prioritizes your needs, and delivers— I would love to see if we’re a great fit to work together.

2025 Paddlers Cup!

The Dragon Boat Races 🐉 🛶 🏆

What a fun experience on the water with my real estate firm, Windermere Professional Partners— Windermere Narrows

We won the 1st Heat at 1:09, which I thought was pretty cool considering a handful of us were doing this for the first time.

It was a wild adrenaline rush for me, and a humbling experience overall. I kayak and row, and this was nothing like that. Lol.

Post-race: tiramisu and steak were in order. I needed energy, stat. My entire body was jello.

Grateful for: a hot shower, a warm bed, and the wool socks I bought to change into when I was completely soaked after round 1. (Did you know it’s the only fiber that maintains heat when wet? You’re welcome.)

A special thanks goes to Mister Ford, who purchased a random poncho from one of the vendors, in an effort to keep me from hypothermia. Lol.

Karina, you are the best partner ever. It was an honor to “lead” the boat with you!

🤍Goodnight,
I love you.
