🤍 Let's be honest, this may not be the most exciting blog post, but my intent is for it to be a helpful one.

Divorce is one of those life transitions that often comes with more questions than answers, especially when a home is involved. As someone who has personally navigated divorce and now helps others through major life transitions as a real estate broker, I wanted to create a resource that offers both practical information and a little reassurance.

✨ Under Contract in Just 12 Days! ✨

We’re excited to share that our sellers are officially under contract and moving on to the inspection phase!

There’s something a little old-fashioned about living in a 1950’s Lake Tapps cabin with a real wood stove. 🌲

Every winter, the deck fills with stacked firewood, wheelbarrow trips, and the quiet rhythm of keeping the house warm the traditional way. And every summer, it’s time to clear it all away again.

One of the things I love most about cabin life is that it slows you down a little. It reminds you that homes aren’t just places to live, they’re places to care for, season by season and special places to share with friends and loved ones too.

So here’s to summer on Lake Tapps, a freshly cleared deck, and trading wood fires for long evenings by the water. ☀️🪵
