SOLD!!
This was the first sale that I have taken over the listing from another agent midway. The sellers had picked an agent that was not from the area, and simply could not do what was required to get the job done. When I reached out, they welcomed me to help them and that is exactly what I did. When you pick an agent to help you sell your home, make sure you pick one that knows the area you are in and is local enough that they can swing by the property whenever necessary. You never know what problems are going to come up!
