Sara and I have been frequenting the Puyallup Farmers Market this year for the last few weeks. We have really come to enjoy buying some great food there and generally looking at all the vendor booths and people watching. The fresh fruits and vegetables are all locally sourced and plentiful and the fresh flowers are amazing. don't miss out. All Summer long every Saturday from 9am to 2pm.

The real estate market in the NW is heating up! Inventory has increased with 28% more listing on the market than this time last year. Mortgage rates have dropping slightly, encouraging more buyers to make their move to becoming homeowners! Prices have dipped a little bit, also bolstering buyers.
