We are co hosting a buyer class on Tuesday the 28th from 4pm to 9pm in Tacoma. Our lender partner, Kevin Day with Guild Mortgage teaches the finance portion of our class.

This class will arm buyers with the necessary information about financing and successfully purchasing a home.

This is a free class the complies with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission requirements and completion will provide a 5 hour certification to those who wish to pursue a down payment assistance loan program.

Interest rates are slowing coming down. If you have been waiting for rates to drop, it may be time for you or someone you know to get ready to buy. This class is a great investment of your time!

What beautiful Fall weather we are experiencing here in Western WA. We were downtown Puyallup yesterday morning and it looked like a Norman Rockwell painting. Trees with leaves turning color, leaves on the sidewalk and street, sparsely parked cars and only a few people walking around. Wish we would have taken a picture! Fall is our favorite season. What is yours?

If you have a sprinkler system, time to winterize the system.
Time to clean out your gutters
Prepare your lawn by aerating or thatching; fall fertilizer; mow and clean up the lawn.
Blow off your roof to remove leaves, pine needles, etc.
