My most recent buyers made the trip up from California for a few days of home tours, and we had a great time exploring some fantastic options. When they found the one that felt just right, we put together a strong, competitive offer and it was accepted! 🎉

This client was referred to me by a friend, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to help with the sale of this home.

This one was a little different. The home needed quite a bit of work, but it also had so much potential. We priced it strategically, had tons of showing activity right from the start, and I used AI generated photos after the listing went live to help interested buyers visualize what the home could look like with some updating.

The response was exactly what we hoped for. Multiple offers and officially under contract in just 4 days! 🙌
