I’m often told that I do “too much” for my clients. Pressure washing a driveway and sidewalks gave me a lot of time to think about that and life in general. In the last couple of weeks we had our first Mother’s Day and my mom’s birthday without her. I came to the conclusion that I’d be fine with leaving a legacy of doing “too much” for the people in my life.

Single women make up for 25% of first time home buyers. Single women in America own 20 million homes compared to 14.9 million owned by single men. It wasn’t until 1974 that women were able to buy homes on their own, thanks to the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. Today they are one of the fastest growing demographics of home buyers. Yesterday I had the pleasure of giving two strong, capable single women their house keys. You go, girls. 💪🏻💕🏡
