This home was listed by my sellers twice before, in 2018 & 2019 by two other agents, and it expired both times. I’m proud to say I was able to sell it for them now, even in a “buyer’s market”, through marketing and strategies the other two didn’t do. It’s a beautiful, luxury home that was built and maintained impeccably by my sellers themselves. I wish them the best now that they’ve downsized.
