From the White Mountains of New Hampshire to Colorado’s Kebler Pass and Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula, these destinations offer a different way to enjoy one of the most beautiful seasons of the year.

And while we may be a little biased toward the Pacific Northwest, fall here has its own magic. Around Tacoma and throughout the South Sound, the changing seasons bring beautiful hikes, scenic drives, cozy neighborhood walks, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors close to home.

One of the things I love most about living and working in this region is how much there is to explore, often just a short drive away. Whether fall means a weekend road trip, a favorite local trail, or simply enjoying the changing trees from your own neighborhood, there’s always something worth discovering.
