In the state of WA, there are about 23,000 agents. Today, I received word that I ranked in the top 1000 agents in WA for production for 2025. Specially ranked at 766, and I’m proud.
I became a realtor and told myself I had no room to fail. I had to figure it out. I didn’t have family in Washington, friends, or a support system. No childcare, tough circumstances dealing with a life changing diagnosis for My daughter which would essentially eliminate the option for her going into any sort of daycare or regular childcare
Program.
Stumbled through figuring out how to do this career, but each day grew and grew. Made excellent connections and formed intentional business relationships. So much growth is owed to MIL-Estate Network, who connected me with incredible agents in every state.

Through it all.
Not trying to make a sappy award acceptance speech, but I would be doing myself a disservice if I didn’t stop and reflect on how hard I have worked to get to the point where I’m Recognized on the state level. Though I don’t believe rankings matter all that much, it feels good to see evidence of My hard work being reflected somewhere.
I guess I write this post to say, if you feel like life dealt you cards that feel impossible to overcome- it’s still possible to overcome and thrive. If you want it bad enough, you’ll find a way.
