🏡 Inventory continues to grow, with the number of active listings up nearly 20% year over year.
🔑 Sellers brought nearly 1,100 more new listings to market than they did a year ago, increasing options for buyers.
⚖️ With 3.74 months of inventory, market conditions continue to move toward balance.
💲 Despite growing inventory, the median sales price declined just 1.5% year over year to $640,000.
