OFFICIALLY CLOSED! We had a couple reach out to us from the east coast interested in a new construction home in the area. They really wanted an agent they could trust to check out the surrounding streets, the property, and see what stage they were at in the building process.
After doing a virtual walk-through with them, we put in an offer and got their closing costs covered, most appliances included, and had the builder add in sod which are all great wins!
Since they still have never seen the home, we went out to the property many times during the process so they could see the progress and make sure they were comfortable with each step in the process including during the inspection. They are en-route now and we can't wait until they can lay eyes on their beautiful new home!

We recently closed on this beautiful home in the Scatter Creek Community in Tenino. The seller found us online and planned on meeting with several realtors before making a decision. She spent decades in the escrow world and knew first-hand that all agents are not created equal.
To our surprise and delight, she decided to not interview anyone else after we met, and we went to work on marketing her home!

This market is not without its challenges and it took a little while to find the perfect buyer, but it happened and the buyers are happily in their new beautiful home and the seller has moved closer to family and we're just so fortunate to have gotten to know her and help her on this journey.
