I became a Real Estate Agent in 1998, specializing in Single Family Residential Homes and New Construction. In 2005, I focused on working with clients who were in foreclosure. This lead to a career of negotiating successful Short Sales between buyers and sellers. During the same time I also started working closely with investors, purchasing Multi-Family Homes. I've represented clients all over the
world from the Philippines to my home town of Puyallup, Washington. In 2012, I became a partner of Gateway Real Estate. In 2015, I upgraded my real estate license from Broker to Managing Broker, which allowed me to be a Property Manager and to manage other agents. Since 98', I've loved my job; and to this date, nothing has really changed. I love being a valuable asset to sellers, and investors.
