Their neighborhood had a bit higher Days on Market (DOM), but with a strategic marketing plan, we got their home SOLD—at full price! 🎯 And if that wasn’t challenging enough, this transaction included a home sale contingency on a home sale contingency on a home sale contingency. Yes, you read that right!

Navigating today’s market isn’t always smooth sailing, but this marks the third triple contingency deal I’ve successfully closed this year. In today’s world, most buyers can’t purchase a new home until their current one sells—this is where experience truly matters.

There were offers where sellers weren’t willing to entertain such contingencies, but with a little patience, relationship-building, and strategic planning, we found the perfect home for my clients.
