I would just like to take a minute to give credit where credit is due.
My Grandmother passed away and her house was then a part of the estate. This was the family home where my parents and aunt were teenagers in, where my siblings and I grew up in, where my own kids grew up in, where the family pets were laid to rest at, and where my Dad had passed away in. My Grandparents loved the house and it was full of so many memories. It’s an old house and needs a lot of work and doesn’t really look like anything special but it’s pretty special to me and my family and we didn’t want to lose it. We didn’t have much time to act and this was a delicate situation so I knew we needed someone who would understand the situation, someone who would care, someone we could trust, someone knowledgeable, someone who could represent us, someone who could get us in contact with the right people for the lending and everything else that’s included for purchasing a home, someone who could get the job done. We definitely had a dream team for our situation. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional and they knew that the goal was to save my family home and they were on it and they made it happen and I am so very grateful.
