📊 September Housing Market Update – Pierce, Thurston & King Counties

We’re officially heading into the fall market, with the first day of autumn just around the corner! 🍂 Thurston County’s numbers are looking very similar to this time last year, while Pierce and King counties continue to have more inventory available compared to 2025.

While new listings are still coming onto the market, they aren’t moving to the closing table quite as quickly, with days on market continuing to rise. With school back in session, busy family schedules may be keeping some sellers from listing and buyers from actively searching. As everyone settles into their new routines, we may see a little more activity and sales pick up in the weeks ahead. Current interest rates are sitting at 6.89%. 🏡🍁
