The yellow buses are back and so are those school zone cameras ;) Watch your speed everyone!

BACK TO SCHOOL = MORE TRAFFIC!
It’s that time of year! The first day of school is Tuesday, which means more traffic, more pedestrians, and school buses making frequent stops.
Here are a few reminders to help keep our students safe:
• Give yourself extra time. Traffic will increase, so plan ahead and allow additional time to reach your destination.
• STOP for school buses. Failing to stop for a school bus may result in a fine of up to $500.
• Watch for children. Pay extra attention for students walking to school, riding bikes, or heading to and from bus stops.
• Follow posted speed limits. Remember, school zones are 20 MPH, and fines are doubled in school zones.
• Please be patient. A few extra minutes can make a big difference when it comes to keeping our kids safe.
Let’s all do our part to make this school year a safe one. Slow down, stay alert, and watch for our kids!

Longer days on market do not automatically mean there is something wrong with a home.

Sometimes it was overpriced. Sometimes a buyer’s financing failed. Sometimes the marketing simply missed the right audience.
