The sellers who have the best experience are usually the ones who start planning before they're "ready."

That gives you time to prepare your home, make the right updates, create a strategy, and get everything lined up before your home ever hits the market.

This is one of those homes where the practical things are also some of the best things about it. A covered patio looking out over a spacious yard, double-gate access with RV parking tucked behind the fence, an oversized garage with attic storage and a 220V outlet, and plenty of extra parking when people come over. Inside, everything is on one level with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a primary bedroom that just feels cozy and peaceful. Add a new roof in 2025 and no HOA, and there’s a lot here to keep coming back to.
