Who is currently on your Team and do you have time for a new client? Our Team currently consists of two core agents, Sara Beede and Michael “Tony” Beede. We are a married couple who work in real estate full time. We have a family and children who are active in the Puyallup community. Selling a home requires a minimum of 180 tasks. Each of these tasks require 100% of our attention. We work side by side on every transaction to ensure you receive the exceptional customer service that you deserve. This many tasks require an expert in each field. We have carefully interviewed and selected the best team members in the Northwest to partner with you. We have hired a Transaction Coordinator, Title and Escrow Team, Loan Officers, Photographers, Land Expert, Stagers, Inspectors, Handy Men and much more. Need someone for something? Just give us a call! We are NEVER too busy for you, our number one client!

What will you charge me to sell my home ? We understand what makes your home sell: Price, Condition and Marketing. Our team takes a consultative approach to selling your home. We will be your strongest ally and advocate. We negotiate for you and educate you every step of the way. We believe in interviewing for the position to sell your home. Ultimately, you have the reins. Our goal is always to sell your home at the highest price for the lowest cost. Commission is not charged, it is earned. When we earn your business, we will recommend a commission structure that meets your needs and current marketing needs. Just like pricing your home correctly, commission rates will be based on current market competition and careful strategy.
