I'm so proud of this family, who I just helped sell their home in Bonney Lake and move up to this jaw-dropping rambler on over an acre in Orting.
I first me them in 2019 when I helped them get into a rental. A year later they were ready to purchase and I helped them buy in Bonney Lake, we secured the home for 382k(With most of the closing costs paid by the sellers). Just 2 years later, we put it on the market aggressively at 465k, had an insane weekend of showings and sold the home for 510k with excellent terms.
We quickly found their dream home in Orting and were able to close both their sale and purchase on the same day.

To say this market is tough for first time home buyers would be an understatement. I'm so proud to have been able help this young couple purchase this nicely updated 3 bed, 2 bath in Burien, that I found off-market, just in time for the birth of their baby.

We worked together with my friend and co-broker, Max Burrage who introduce me to these fellow CWU Alumni. Honored to be a part of this, to have made new friends and to watch this young family grow in their new home. Congrats, Ray Jay Hall and ! Excited to play a part in helping an awesome family make the move from Oregon to Washington. We saw 10 houses in a single Saturday between Kitsap and Thurston county and found this 4-bedroom, beauty with a huge fenced lot on a cul-de-sac in Olympia, that was perfect for them! So glad we were able to get this done.

It's been a busy and exciting past month in real estate, helping 4 families fulfill their goals. While it was not without many obstacles, tough negotiation and some heartache, in the end we were able to:

Help a family that had purchased only a year ago in Tehaleh(Bonney Lake), make a great return on their investment in order to move back to California to be close to their newborn, twin grandbabies.
-Get a seller's home sold so that she could move closer to family.
-Help one of my best friends/past client's Grandparents sell their Lake Tapps home in order to move South and enjoy retirement.
-Find a lease with an option to purchase rambler in Puyallup for a family that was being forced out of their rental by their landlord.

Happy and relieved for my client who was hit hard by Covid in 2020 and needed to downsize. She was able to take advantage of this hot sellers market, sell her home(with multiple offers, of course) and use the profits to purchase this cute manufactured home near Hood Canal in cash. There were many speed bumps along the way, but we closed on both simultaneously. To say she was relieved would be an understatement.
