Well the catā€™s out of the bag. We are building our first new construction and itā€™s technically a DADU!!! This may be more exciting than becoming parents. šŸ¤« I donā€™t post much with my significant other - not sure why. šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£
Huge thanks to Matt Rody with Tacoma DADU! Iā€™ll go into more detail later but this was a 2 step project - with Theory Construction on phase 1! Thanks to all we couldnā€™t ever dream to do this alone.

After nearly 10 years in real estate one thing that hasnā€™t changed is closing gifts! I still love giving them and try to pick a theme and include a few practical move-in items. Hereā€™s a few ideas if you are feeling stuck for ideas on your next closing day:

Matt with Tacoma DADU who designed this building plan is the true OG for all things DADU in Tacoma! Shout out to Theory Construction as well for killing it on this project! Such a great turn out with lots of industry partners, work friends and got to make a few new connections too! Sometimes itā€™s not what you know - itā€™s the people you know! šŸ—ļø
