The latest project in Spanaway was our 2,410 SF rambler plan on 2 acres of land. This project was unique, because it came with an existing pole barn building that is 36' x 36'.

Thank you to all of our sub-contractors and suppliers for partnering with us on this build. The project would not be a success without our relationships with these contractors.

The 1-story on lot #2 at the Spanaway project is almost complete. This is another 2410 SF rambler build with a few design changes. On the exterior, the arch is removed at the front entry and the paint scheme is different. Pictures of the interior will be posted soon!

This property is pre-sold, but we have two more 2410 SF ramblers available at this location.
