So grateful for this seamless off-market sale 🎉 and for representing my amazing sellers—who I had the honor of helping purchase this dreamy home on 30+ acres back in 2020 🙌 It’s been so cool to see all the pieces come together in this transaction. Not many people close on the sale of their previous home, close on the purchase of their new home, move, and welcome their firstborn into the world all within 2 days! Well these sellers of mine are just that amazing!! It has been incredible seeing them fix their eyes on a goal and do everything it takes to make it happen 🙌 I am so grateful and honored to have represented them in it all! (Well, besides the baby 😆 That was all them and boy is she cute! 😍) So in awe of their commitement, determination, and perserverence through it all. (Cue the song “Eye of the Tiger” it may as well been written for them!) We closed on Wednesday and handed over the keys to very excited buyers, major congrats all around! 🎊🎉♥️

My buyers got the keys to this gorgeous home with detached shop on 10 beautiful acres in Cle Elum on Wednesday! What a dream!! They worked hard to get here — purchased contingent on the sale of their Graham home, and were able to lock in a nice low interest rate on the new place right before they started ticking up! The amazing cherry on top of it all? They welcomed their baby girl into the world the night before they got the keys! A really dull couple of days, right 😆? They’ve been working their tails off to get here and now it’s time to settle into this next exciting chapter and enjoy the benefits of all their hard work! 🥰 The best is yet to come!
