Here’s what you actually need to know:

Beginning September 4, Northwest MLS is introducing a new optional listing status called “First Look.”

🏡 SELLERS:

• Publicly market your home for up to 21 days before going Active
• Choose whether to allow showings, open houses or offers
• Build awareness while finishing preparations for your Active launch
• Decide whether the listing appears on public real estate websites

🔑 BUYERS:

• Learn about certain homes before they officially become Active
• Keep in mind that every First Look listing may not appear on the big national real estate websites
• Work with an NWMLS broker to help you stay informed about available opportunities

What an incredible night at Fircrest National Night Out! 💙 It was so much fun connecting with so many amazing families, handing out prizes at our Plinko game, and being part of such a great community event.
