Sometimes the right buyer isn’t the one who planned to buy your house. 👀

This closing was a great reminder that selling a home takes strategy, preparation, and persistence.

We started with professional staging, photography, true twilight photos, video, targeted marketing, and multiple open houses. And the eventual buyer? I met them at the open house. They had been considering another home but fell in love with this one after our conversation. 🤍

From a previous buyer walking away to navigating the appraisal, we stayed focused and kept the transaction moving.

This home was incredibly special to my sellers, so this one was bittersweet—but I'm so grateful for their trust and excited for the new chapter ahead. 🏡

Selling a home is so much more than putting a sign in the yard. 👀

Behind every “SOLD” photo are the details you don’t always see—intentional preparation, strategic marketing, open houses, negotiations, appraisal reviews, last-minute problem-solving, and a whole lot of communication.

This one had a few curveballs along the way, but we worked through each one and made it to the closing table. 🤍

I’m incredibly thankful for the trust my sellers placed in me and for the opportunity to be in their corner through it all.

That’s the part of real estate I love most: being there when it matters.

As a huge Seattle sports fan, I couldn’t help but compare the Mariners’ season to a real estate transaction. 😂💙

From finding the one and submitting an offer with big October dreams to inspection surprises, negotiations, and a few sleepless nights… it’s been a journey.

But just like in real estate, the process isn’t always smooth. There are ups, downs, unexpected twists—and moments when you have to trust the process.

And as every good Realtor knows… it isn’t over until it’s CLOSED. 👀⚾️

Getting your home seen in Pierce and King County takes more than pretty photos.

The #1 way I get eyes on your listing is by getting it in front of people who were not even searching yet.

Because your buyer might not be sitting on the MLS refreshing new listings, they might be scrolling after work, sending a video to their partner, or realizing your home is exactly what they did not know they were looking for.

That is why I think about the marketing before the sign goes in the yard.

Buying a home in Pierce and King County means having someone in your corner who does more than just send you listings. 🏡

Anyone can pull up a website and browse homes for sale.

What actually matters is having someone who knows when to slow things down and when to tell you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear.

Finding the house is the easy part. The real job is making sure it's the right one for you, and that you don't overpay or get burned along the way.

Hiring a listing agent shouldn't be a coin flip with your biggest asset. 👏

Most people pick a listing agent based on what looks good on paper. The sales volume, the years in business, a few solid Google reviews.

None of that tells you how the sale is actually going to go. The agents worth hiring set themselves apart in different ways.

It's in the questions they invite you to ask, the strategy they bring to the table before your home ever hits the MLS, and the way they communicate with you through every step of the sale.

That's what's worth paying attention to when you're choosing who to trust with one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

A good realtor will help you buy a house. A great one will make sure it's actually the right one. 💯

When you're new to buying or selling, it's easy to assume every agent is basically doing the same job.

They show you homes, write offers, hand over keys. But the way an agent actually does that job is what separates a smooth move from a stressful one you're still telling stories about years later.

The best ones treat your move like it's their own. They take the time to understand the way you actually live, they slow you down when you need to be slowed down, and they're still around long after the boxes are unpacked.

That's the kind of agent worth holding out for.
