No job is too big or too small for Chardonnay Homes. Our specialty is working with home owners in every capacity from finding property, site development, permitting and home design from inception through completion. We work with Real Estate Agents as well as home owners on home inspection lists and home repair. We also work with condominium complexes and property management companies on tenant improvement and repair projects.

Some before, during, and after pictures of a recent kitchen remodel we just finished for our friend Sheila Lavin in Tacoma. We tore out all of her existing cabinets, moved some plumbing, added some electrical circuits, re designed the kitchen to be more functional. We then installed new cabinets, laminate flooring, quartz counter tops, new paint throughout, new appliances, tile backsplash, new sink and faucet and new lighting to finish off the project. Turned out fabulous!!
