This one is bittersweet. Our buyers have found the perfect home for them while they move across the country to Washington. At the same time, one of my closest friends growing up and his wife are selling their home to move across the country themselves. Although we don’t see much of each other in our current stage of life, I can’t help but be a little sad that they are moving away from here. Here’s to a successful transaction and new starts for both buyers and sellers!
