Attended an open house last weekend that was shoulder to shoulder through the entire house... like a high school hallway when the bell would ring. Madness. The demand is there.
Hear it all the time... "We're just waiting for the prices to come back down". Waiting those 6 months to a year really could end up hurting you rather than saving you money...☝️🏡
