✋🏼 5 years in Real Estate🏡

What a hell of a ride it’s been! I’ve experienced multiple markets, interest rates from the 3’s to the 8’s, hosted hundreds of Open Houses, had countless conversations, and learned more lessons than I could ever fit into one post.

Through all the highs, lows, and everything in between, I’m most proud of the person I’ve become along the way. I love what I do!

I’m a people person. I enjoy meeting new people, especially at Open Houses, hearing their stories, and helping them through the major life decisions that Real Estate brings. Watching strangers become clients and clients become friends is truly the best.

To everyone who has trusted me, supported me, referred me, or have followed along the journey, I give a big thank you!

This awesome journey started with Tayler and Matthew’s mom stopping by my Gilbert Open House on a Thursday last November. We have been on the hunt since, and it all worked out beautifully for them.

Coming from Scottsdale, they knew Gilbert was where they wanted to start their next chapter. This wonderful home in Cooley Station is in one of the most desirable communities in Gilbert to raise a family, with plenty to do nearby. I can totally see them enjoying this home and community for years to come!

They secured a smokin deal nearly $40,000 under asking and walked in with instant equity from the appraisal🔑

A BIG congratulations to Kaytlyn and Joey on officially becoming homeowners!

With 2 growing kids, a 3rd on the way, and 3 large dogs, they needed more space FAST! We found the perfect home in the same neighborhood they’ve been renting in for the past 4 years, making this move easy for their family🏡

Joey and I have known each other for over 15 years. When he called me just before Christmas ready to purchase a home, I jumped into action right away! Helping a longtime friend secure the right home for his family is what it’s all about😎

A MASSIVE congratulations to Jill and Kai on their amazing new home in Gilbert!🏡

We first met over 2 years ago when they were relocating from Oregon and toured my clients rental listing in Gilbert. They fell in love with Arizona right away! They reached out to me last August and we met up to discuss the process of buying a home.

Everything worked out exactly how it was supposed to for this home. After we had to cancel, the sellers came back to us a week later and that’s when we knew it was meant to be. Jill and Kai will enjoy and have many new memories with family and friends for years to come!

I’m so grateful for the trust they put in me and I couldn’t be happier for them!😎
