Nice little nugget came in the mail and. I wanted to share it.
I believe people are put in your life for a reason. Whether it’s a for a season or a life time. Some are added and some are taken away. Others are to teach, inspire, to give and receive help, to love and to bring value.
It’s pretty special when someone reaches out to remind me of my WHY during the rough times. That makes my heart happy

When I’m called to do something new A common mistake I tend to make it to act too fast.
I get excited, passionate, impatient. I freaking hate it but really it’s better to be in stealth mode and become an observer then o have to relearn the lesson being taught. 🙄

About a year ago it clicked, I needed to stop telling my daughter that ‘she’s so pretty’.
What am I teaching my kid? She knows she’s pretty…what she needed to hear is ‘you’re so smart’.
I swear up and down I have seen a remarkable difference in her confidence. She’s believing in herself and her school work is showing it. I’m so thankful that she’s seeing her hard work is paying off and she believes in herself from all the positive reinforcement.
Life is good.
