What is reWIRE?
Many people ask about reWIRE and what it is? Well here is the answer you have been waiting for. reWIRE is a 3-day retreat for Women in Real Estate. It was founded by Jackie Durbin, shortly after she entered the industry.
After many years in education the one thing Jackie liked best about education, was the way teachers would come together and share with other teachers, to not only collaborate, but also provide the BEST form of education for the students they served.
After becoming a REALTOR she found that although women made up the largest part of Real Estate, they were not in the Top % for producers, team owners or Brokerage Owners. During this time she also became a member of The Women's Council of Realtors. Using what she learned from WCR and her passion for pouring into others in the industry, reWIRE was BORN!!
Now we host a reWIRE retreat 2 times a year in Arizona to bring women in the industry together so we can all raise the level of professionalism and share the systems and tools to reach the highest level of success.
