This one was personal for my mentee because it was also the childhood home she grew up in.

I got to walk beside her through the entire process and watch her confidence grow with every step.

Then launch day brought FOUR offers.🙌

And the home ultimately closed at $1.32 million.

When your clients are also your best friends✨

Helping clients buy and sell at the same time is stressful enough.

When they’re your BEST FRIENDS? No pressure.😂

We had to prepare their current home, win against competing offers on the next one and coordinate both transactions so everything lined up.

But my favorite part of this story had nothing to do with the contracts.

It was the unexpected connection between the two families.❤️

Back to back!🏡✨

August was a BIG one! 6 homes closed and over $3 MILLION in volume!🔑

So grateful to be recognized as Top Unit Closer again for August.❤️

But the numbers only tell a small part of the story. Behind those 6 closings were families making moves, new chapters beginning, lots of conversations, negotiations, problem solving, and most importantly, trust.

I’m incredibly grateful for every client who chooses me to guide them through such a big decision. I truly love what I do, and I never take that trust lightly.

July was amazing. August more than doubled it. Now we keep going!🏡✨

And when they chose the one in Encanterra, we made sure the timeline gave them room to make such a huge move comfortably.

A Year in the Making

I think one of my favorite parts of this business is watching clients go from “maybe someday” to holding the keys.❤️

I stayed connected with this family for almost a year before they were ready.

Five kiddos later, we needed the right house AND the right numbers.

Eventually, both came together.

This was such a fun closing to celebrate.✨

Apparently, you call their Realtor.😂

That phone call started a pretty fun story.

We created a prep plan, they got to work, I added staging pieces and my team moved quickly to get everything ready for market.

Then came launch day.

THREE offers on day one.🙌

And the ending is even better: they’re now living their next adventure in Austria.

My client did.

He couldn’t be here to house hunt. So I became his boots on the ground.

Two investment properties. Two different strategies.👀

The best improvement before selling isn’t always the most expensive one.

My investor clients decided to start liquidating part of their rental portfolio, and we approached each property differently.

One needed strategic upgrades. Another needed preparation and staging.

Both were under contract within a week.🙌

The goal wasn’t to do EVERYTHING. It was to figure out what actually mattered for each property.
