In November 2025, there were 24,568 active listings, the highest November count seen in the past decade. Active listings were also 15% higher than last November and remained well above the long-term November average of 17,303. For context, Arizona’s population grew about 13% from 2014 to 2024 (according to the U.S. Census) which naturally expanded the size of the housing market over time. Even with that growth, this year’s November total remains high for the season.

Different price points saw different levels of year-over-year growth of supply in November 2025. The largest increases were in:
200K to 300K up 45%
100K to 200K up 39%
3M and above 18%
1M to 3M up 16%
300K to 500K up 13%

Takeaway: Supply stayed elevated in November, with the effect differing by price range. Some segments saw consistent activity, while others experienced more competition. Current interest rates continue to shape what buyers can do and how sellers position their listings.
