Put your efforts into the things you can control & compound small wins, CONSISTENTLY 🤍⁣

Right now I am working with multiple Buyers 🏡 Each presents their own specific elements to work through. It’s all about appealing to the Seller! ⁣

*It’s not always only price point as the winning offer* Can you even believe that?! ⁣

There’s so many other terms that go into a transaction that may be of even more importance to a Seller. ⁣
Whether that be a shortened or extended escrow or negotiating a Post-Possession (Letting Seller stay in the home after closing for an agreed upon duration of time). + many others. ⁣
Communication is KEY🔑⁣
