📉 Plenty of inventory.
👀 Not enough buyers.
That means this isn’t the time to dig in and stand firm on every detail.
But it keeps happening:
A buyer makes a solid offer—maybe asks for a little help with closing costs or a small price adjustment.
And the seller responds:
❌ Full price only.
❌ No concessions.

Here’s the truth: buyers have choices.
