Final Walkthrough Day! 🏡🔑

Today was all about making sure my buyers’ new construction home is truly ready for them. We completed the final walkthrough, went through the repair punch list, and I made sure to have a trusted contractor there to help us address every detail before closing.

And we’re already thinking ahead! I introduced my buyers to the contractor who can help them finish their basement and make this beautiful new home their own.

This is what real estate is about for me—being there from the beginning, through the inspections and walkthroughs, and all the way to the closing table.

It was a great day of everyone working together toward one goal: getting my buyers HOME.

Next stop: CLOSING DAY on Tuesday!
