It’s about:
• your monthly payment
• how much you’ll pay in insurance
• how strong your offer looks to a seller
• and whether this purchase supports your next move

Here’s what people don’t realize 👇
You can qualify for FHA and still be priced out of the home you actually want.
You can put less down and still pay more every month.
And in competitive NYC markets, the loan type alone can cost you the deal even at the same price.

That’s why I always look at the full 12–24 month strategy, not just today’s approval.
