🏡 Is Your Home Overpriced? Here’s How to Tell! 🚨

Selling your home but not getting offers? You might be asking too much. Here’s a quick checklist to help you spot the signs of overpricing:

✅ Few or No Showings – If buyers aren’t even scheduling tours, they may be skipping your listing for better-priced options.

✅ Lots of Showings, No Offers – Interest is great, but if no one is making an offer, your price could be scaring them away.

✅ Priced Higher Than Similar Homes – Check nearby listings. If similar homes are selling for less, buyers will notice.

✅ Sitting on the Market Too Long – A well-priced home attracts offers fast. If yours is lingering, it might be time to adjust.

🎭 STORYTIME: That one time a buyer tried to use a CPN to buy a house… yes, really. 🏡😂

Here’s the deal: A CPN (Credit Privacy Number) is NOT a shortcut to good credit. 🚫 It won’t magically qualify you for a mortgage, and in most cases, using one on a loan application is straight-up fraud. (Yep, illegal-illegal, not just “oops” illegal.) Lenders require your real SSN—no exceptions.

Moral of the story? If someone’s selling you a “fresh start” with a CPN, run. Fast. Instead, focus on real credit repair and talk to a legit lender.

Happy December 1st🥳🥳

Everyday I understand Kanye more and more✌🏾

Steve Harvey said, “If you going through hell, keep going! Why would you stop IN hell?” And that moved me!‼️

It’s December 1st, the last month of the year. The last 31 days to make 2022 better than ever! This time of year I take my “social media break”and get my mind right for the next!

So as Im still working diligently for my clients getting them into homes as the year closes out I am grateful for what 2022 was and I am looking forward to what 2023 will be😘🥳

Biggest lesson learned this year, never let someone else’s progress distract you from making your own progress💎 Enjoy your journey, celebrate the small wins and always live your life to the fullest 😘😘
