NYC building owners, this one is for you. The city just launched Debt Demolisher, an amnesty offering up to 75% off eligible old building fines. Boiler, elevator, and facade violations decided through the ECB can qualify.

The window is only 90 days and it closes January 10, 2027. If you have been sitting on old violations, now is the time to clear them for a fraction of the cost.
