Tracy began her real estate career in 2001 buying, rehabbing and managing multi-family properties and is Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified, CIREC. Tracy brings two decades of marketing strategy and ex*****on from her experience with Nestlé USA brand and shopper marketing roles where she managed new product development, organizational communication and analysis across key brand, sales

and direct store delivery (DSD) collaborations, giving her first-hand knowledge of warehouse and distribution systems. Tracy is a member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR), Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB) and Commercial, as well as a member of NYSCAR. She has served as a Board of Trustee for the Waterford Historical Museum and Cultural Center and was Co-Chair for the NYS Rising Community Redevelopment Committee and currently serves as an Industry Advisor for the Northeast Film Makers Lab.

Sad news in the North Country. Here’s what I know; Two people argued outside a busy retail location on a Sunday afternoon, at the beginning of the holiday shopping season, in Queensbury, NY. One person was shot and one person ran away. A lot of folks in this community are traumatized.

I wonder if the two people involved in Sunday’s violence feel different about their actions today. I wonder if these same two people had any concerns about others around them. I wonder if guns played a role in escalating the violence.

Everyone, take a deep breathe…exhale…be kind…think before you act.

A man was shot in the hip during a Sunday afternoon incident in a Walmart parking lot and the suspect remains at large, according to police.
