We're going to see a rise in home offices being considered a "must have" when house hunting. For a long time, a home office was something that would be "great to have, but not totally necessary". Those days are long gone as everyone has been forced to work from home and utilize the space they have!

What other rooms are going to be considered a must have on your house hunting checklist? I'm thinking a home gym will also be up there on the list!
