We will inspect exterior siding and any attached porches, balconies, or decks to determine that they are sturdy and undamaged. We will also inspect driveways, sidewalks, and patios. We will inspect the quality of the surface drainage, as well as any vegetation or grading issues that may cause trouble for the structure.

Residential & commercial Insurance Inspections

I am an independent contractor for field service, insurance, mortgage, and loss control service companies. My job description is to do field reports with photos , for different job descriptions. This could include residential, commercial, or small business. I inspect exterior and interiors of dwellings and buildings, and note if there are any hazardous conditions the underwriters have to be concerned about, and make recommendations accordingly. The companies I work with have these reports on file in case a claim is made.

Because of my affiliation with these service companies, I also have access to discounted real estate properties, that have been foreclosed, vacant, or taken back by the bank. Most of these are off market properties that are more suited for investors as opposed to retail buyers. The majority of these are “as is” all cash transactions.
