Room to build, space to breathe, and a view of downtown Quincy to match. Suite 511–517 at the Tower on Maine is another unfinished opportunity for someone ready to shape a space around their own vision. With an open layout and views overlooking downtown Quincy, this suite offers the kind of flexibility that is hard to find in a historic downtown building.

Whether you’re planning a professional office, studio, collaborative workspace, or something more tailored to your needs, this space is ready for the next chapter to take shape.

Like other opportunities within the Tower on Maine, this suite is located inside a secure, professionally managed building with the option to add gated off-street parking with 24/7 monitoring. It’s a chance to create something your own while being part of one of Quincy’s most recognizable historic properties.

A blank canvas with one of the best views in Quincy. Suite 812–824 at the Tower on Maine is a rare opportunity to create something from the ground up in the heart of downtown Quincy. This unfinished space is ready to be customized, making it an ideal fit for a business, studio, office concept, or professional setup that wants flexibility from the start.

Beyond the open potential inside, this space also offers a beautiful view of the river and bridges, adding something truly special to the everyday work environment.

Set inside Quincy’s first skyscraper, the Tower on Maine combines historic character with the conveniences today’s tenants need, including a secure, professionally managed building and the option to add gated off-street parking with 24/7 monitoring.

If you’ve been looking for a space you can shape around your own needs instead of trying to fit into someone else’s layout, this is worth a closer look.

A rare opportunity at the top of Quincy! The 10th floor at the Tower on Maine offers approximately 7,056 square feet of office space inside Quincy’s only skyscraper, with some of the most striking views in the city. From the bridge and river to the downtown skyline, this is the kind of space that gives a business both presence and possibility.

This floor already includes a strong existing layout with private offices, a boardroom or meeting room, open cubicle space, private restrooms, storage and utility space, and one kitchenette area. It offers a substantial starting point while still leaving room for the next tenant to shape the space around their own vision.

Located in a secure, professionally managed building, the Tower on Maine also offers optional gated off-street parking with 24/7 monitoring. Recent capital improvements, including a significant investment in new windows, further add to the long-term value and appeal of the space.

If your business has been looking for something distinctive, flexible, and hard to replicate in the local market, this is worth a closer look.

A big step forward is taking shape at the Tower on Maine!

We’re excited to share a look at the early progress of our solar parking structure project, which will soon provide covered parking for tenants while also generating solar energy for the building. It’s a meaningful investment in the Tower on Maine's future, bringing together function, convenience, and long-term sustainability.

This project will not only create added comfort and protection for tenant parking, but also help power the building in a forward-thinking way right here in the heart of downtown Quincy.

A special thank you to Landmark Solar for their work on this exciting project. We’re grateful to be partnering with a team helping bring this vision to life.

Stay tuned as progress continues!

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from the Tower on Maine!

This Independence Day feels especially meaningful as America celebrates its 250th birthday. As we honor our nation’s history, we’re also reminded of the vision, grit, and hard work that helped shape communities like ours.

This historic construction photo captures the early building of what was once known as the WCU Tower, now the Tower on Maine, a landmark that has stood proudly in downtown Quincy for 100 years. Just like our country, this building was raised with strength, purpose, and the belief that something lasting could rise from determination and hard work.

Wishing you a safe, joyful, and meaningful 4th of July from all of us at the Tower on Maine.
