Please remember:
• You must be a current leaseholder to receive a parking tag.
• Your vehicle registration is required.
• All resident vehicles must display the new parking tag once issued.

📢 Community Reminder – Please Plan Ahead!

Highlands at Faxon Woods residents, please be aware of two important upcoming updates:

💧 Building-Wide Water Shutdown
Wednesday, September 9
Between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Water service is expected to be interrupted for approximately one hour while our plumbing contractor completes necessary repairs. We recommend storing any water you may need ahead of time.

🏢 Leasing Office Closure
The Leasing Office will be closed Monday, September 7 and will reopen Tuesday, September 8 during normal business hours.
