Introducing the New and Improved Halbach-Schroeder Lofts (HS Lofts)! It has been almost 4 years since we originally acquired ownership of this property and we have been making continuous updates to the apartments on the 2nd thru 5th floors. We have renovated over 20 of the 36 units! We are finally at a point where we feel we can advertise these units as we get more of them renovated and actually have a unit or two vacant. (Response up to this point has been so rapid that we didn't even have time to show it to people and it was already rented).
