We’re excited to introduce Michel Goncalves as the Service Manager at Windsor Marina Bay. Since joining Windsor in December 2025, he brings over 10 years of maintenance experience and strong leadership, guiding Bobby and JP with expertise and care.

Originally from France, Michel has lived across Europe, Africa, and now the U.S., and already speaks five languages. His next goal is to learn one that will take him to Asia.

Michel and his wife have built a wonderful family of five, including their children, their newest addition baby Ethan, and two cats. In his free time, you’ll find him playing soccer, cooking, watching movies, or embracing Dad life.

Michel enjoys problem solving and is passionate about helping residents feel comfortable every day. We’re lucky to have him on the team.

Bobby has been part of the Windsor family for 2 years and brings over 11 years of hands-on maintenance experience. During his time with Windsor, he has supported multiple communities across the region, showcasing his versatility, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence. Last year, he was honored with the Rookie of the Year award, recognizing his early impact and high standards.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Bobby enjoys spending his free time relaxing and recharging. His favorite part of working at Windsor Marina Bay is the people, and it shows in his positive attitude every day. Whether preparing apartment homes, completing work orders, or helping maintain the community, Bobby is always ready with a smile.

We are grateful to have him on our team!

We are excited to spotlight Jean-Pierre Joseph, one of our Service Technicians here at Windsor Marina Bay. Joseph joined our team in December 2025 and brings over 10 years of maintenance experience with him. His knowledge, reliability, and dedication play an important role in keeping our community running smoothly.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his children, playing dominoes with friends, and putting his creative skills to use as a sound engineer for concerts and conventions.

We are grateful to have Joseph as part of the Windsor Marina Bay team. Be sure to say hello when you see him around the community.
