Bitter sweet sale. Thank you to the family of Mike Rogers Sr. for trusting me with the sale of your Dad’s home. I will always have such fond memories of your dad. He was a joy to work for and helping him find a perfect house. I just wish you could’ve stayed around longer to enjoy all the improvement he made to his home!!!

Congratulations to Shawn Buehler on the sale of your last rental property. Over the last 15 plus years I bet we have bought and sold together 15-20 homes. First doing business with your dad than doing so much business with you and your brother. Thank you for the years of business. I always say not only do I list and sell houses, but I make forever friends. Shawn, I know you’re glad all the rental properties are gone. Enjoy the next chapter of your life.
