BG&A Land Surveying, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service focused individual to join our team.
This will be a full-time position, Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM).

This candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls along with administrative duties including, but not limited to the following: Order processing, research, data entry, payment entry, billing, scheduling service.

This opportunity requires knowledge of and customer service processes and procedures, must be dependable and have reliable transportation, strong-inter personal skills and the ability to multitask.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or higher
- Previous customer service experience
- MS Office Application Skills, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 10-Key Skills
- Keyboarding
- Positive team-based attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn new computer systems

Must be proficient in Excel, Word and outlook Email. Heavy phone use, filing, scanning, and client walk-Ins. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation. Monday through Friday Flexible hours to choose from. Survey office experience and or bilingual would be a plus!!
